In December, the children and youth at CUMC participated in the Courtland Christmas Parade. The float theme was ELVES IN ACTION, and was decorated with the Hat and Mitten Tree and Angel Tree. CUMC helps families in our community each year at Christmas time by sponsoring these trees. The Hat and Mitten tree collects hats, gloves, and scarves to distribute and the Angel Tree has names for the congregation to sponsor and purchase gifts for which are distributed at Christmas.
