Mike Harrington - Pastor
Originally from Virginia’s Eastern Shore where Julie was born and Pastor Mike moved as a young adult. Married since 1978, they have two grown children, and 4 grandchildren. After a 20 year career at VDOT, Pastor Mike felt God’s call to pastoral ministry, and has served as a pastor in the Virginia Conference of the United Methodist Church now for some 25 years.
Carolyn Beale - Music Director
Carolyn is a long-time part of the Courtland UMC family who shares her love of music with the church through piano, organ, and leading the choir.

Susan Clark - Office Admin
Susan joined the staff as Office Admin and Financial Secretary in 2021 and is a member of Courtland United Methodist Church. She and her husband, Steve have lived in Courtland since 1991. They have one son, Robbie who lives in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife, Keelin.
